Adults

Mental illness affects many people. The reasons are manifold are always unique and therefore require an individual perspective. Therapy should therefore not follow a preset fixed pattern. The comprehensive training as a psychological psychotherapist as well as my working experiences in various treatment facilities and cultures allow me to have an individual view of the person and the situation we are dealing with across therapy schools.

In my opinion, therapy should be based on scientifically sound pillars and at the same time must be patient-friendly and individually tailored to the person affected. This requires on the one hand, comprehensive training and in-depth knowledge and, on the other hand, the willingness to  deviate from a preset treatment regimen where appropriate. Therapy techniques from various “therapy schools” are helpful here, which I incorporate into cognitive behavioral therapy as needed.

I look forward to working with you to develop an individually tailored treatment for you. I'm excited to get to know you and your life story!
